We are committed to processing your order as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours. Please note that orders placed on Fridays will be shipped the next business day. Shipping times vary based on the selected shipping option at checkout. Return Policy
At Claro Soap AU, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on any items that have been used. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase in any way, we will happily refund your money—no questions asked.

Refunds
Once we have received and reviewed your return request, we will notify you if a refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed on your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please reach out to us at Admin@clarosoap.com.
Damages and Issues
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon receipt at Admin@clarosoap.com so we can make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will be notified once we have received your return request, and let you know when the refund will be sent. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
